The location was central, magnificent to the outlets. And it was also close to the attractions in the area, including the Cliff Walk, the Fisherman's Walk, the Wiggly Bridge and Steedman Woods and Long and Short Beaches and towns plus Ogonquit.

Liked the place, had a quite comfortable stay in winter. I had bright, luxury room complete with private balcony and King bed, as example. Downstairs bar was cozy.

The location with a view of the ocean, a delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms and a restaurant included made for a wonderful get away.
The building I ended up in did not have a sitting room, as all the other buildings have. Since it was a raining stay, I was looking forward to using the sitting rooms for reading, games talking with other guest, but I was in a building just filled with bedrooms.

Great location and really enjoyed the pub cellar environment. The room and bed were comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean.
No obvious place to have a coffee and enjoy the view, unless using pub or dining room. Carpets in our room and block were very old and fusty. Not up to the std of some of the other Inns we stayed at in terms of finish and personal touches - more of a hotel. But reasonable value for a short stay.

Location overlooking York Harbor Beach and close to Kittery Shopping Outlets.
Room was in a noisy part of the Inn, right next to the extractor over the kitchen. Wasn't too bad though, just hummed.
